Dedeker has an instinctual way of making you feel important by asking intelligent and relevant questions that open your mind to greater possibilities and set you on the path to reaching your mental health and/or relationship goals. Her empathy and openness for clients of color, clients from the LGBTQ+ community, and clients with nontraditional relationship styles made us a perfect fit.

Dedeker is both pragmatic and sincere in her coaching services. She is a great listener and will make you feel heard, and you'll walk away afterwards with things to think about and a solid game plan. I went into her coaching confused and unsure of myself, and I left feeling empowered in my decisions and with the knowledge that nobody is ever alone in their struggles.

One-on-one coaching can set you on the right track to creating a healthy, happy, sexy, and exciting love life whether you are single, married, new to non-monogamy, a practiced polyamorist, recovering from a breakup or divorce, or anywhere in-between. As your coach, I am the person who keeps you accountable, answers questions you may have about non-monogamy, encourages you to stick to your goals and follow through, and I can be a listening ear when frustration, failure, and conflict arise.
I can help with a multitude of topics, including:

My Approach
Outside of my years of personal experience in non-monogamous relationships, I bring my training and background in Gottman Method Couples therapy, Somatic Experiencing® techniques, mindfulness meditation, and my coaching credentials certified by the non-profit International Coach Federation. You can see the full list of my education and credentials on the About page. I approach each session with the intention of empowering you with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand your situation, to uncover the actionable steps you can take to reach a solution, and to craft the relationships that you want to have. I strive to create a safe space where your thoughts and feelings can be heard, and where you can learn more about yourself through self-inquiry, mindfulness, and custom-tailored exercises. |
I work with clients from all walks of life, but I most frequently work with people who are interested, involved in, or identify with:
- polyamory (hierarchal, non-hierarchal, solo polyamory and more)
- open relationships and open marriages
- opening up closed relationships or closing previously open relationships
- developing conscious monogamous relationships
- the LGBTQIA community
- the ace spectrum (asexual, demisexual, greysexual, aromantic, demiromantic, etc)
- BDSM and kinksters
- relationship anarchists
- sex workers
- trauma survivors and people living with PTSD
- people of any gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship format

Let's get started
Book an intro session using my calendar below. In our first session, we'll discuss what's currently going on in your relationships, what you'd like to change, and where you'd like to be. This is an opportunity for us to strategize on which steps to take next, as well as evaluating how we might work best together. You may attend this session alone or with a partner (or more). If you are having trouble finding a time that works for you, or if you require a reduced rate for financial need, please reach out to me via my contact form.

I have been in some form of traditional therapy on and off for the last 25 years, and I made the most progress on my relationships and personal challenges with Dedeker's help. I could not recommend her coaching enough.
|
/
I find that Dedeker's coaching was more helpful to me than other types of counselling because it allowed me to focus specifically on my relationships with someone who understands both traditional and non-traditional relationship models.
